NEXT hereby informs that it processes your personal data solely for the purpose of conducting recruitment processes. Your personal data are not disclosed to any other entities that are not related to the recruitment of job candidates.
As part of recruitment processes, NEXT may use tools based on artificial intelligence exclusively as supporting tools, in particular for the analysis, organization, translation, and preliminary assessment of application documents. These tools do not make independent decisions regarding the course or outcome of the recruitment process – all decisions are made by people.
Personal data provided to NEXT are also not sold, shared, lent, or otherwise made available to any entities for marketing purposes (for purposes other than the recruitment process). Data that enable the identification of a natural person are disclosed exclusively with the consent of the data subject.
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), has been applicable since 25 May 2018.
In connection with the above, we would like to inform you about the processing of your data and the principles under which they are processed.
What data are subject to processing?
NEXT processes the data provided by you exclusively for the purpose of conducting recruitment processes. In particular, these include contact details and information related to the course of your professional career to date, obtained licenses, certificates, authorizations, qualifications, professional experience, and educational background.
The controller of your personal data is NEXT, with its registered office at ul. Spychalskiego 13, 45-716 Opole, Poland.
At the same time, we inform you that giving consent is voluntary and you may withdraw your consent at any time. In the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data, your application will not be taken into account during recruitment projects conducted by NEXT. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out before its withdrawal.
